HOW TO USE:

Miola is a modern interpretation of traditional gua sha, designed for circulation, lymphatic flow, sculpting, and therapeutic massage from scalp to soles. Its five-prong design allows for intentional, targeted work across every area of the body, adapting to both facial contours and larger muscle groups with ease.

For pressure points, apply steady pressure for about 5-7 seconds in each area. For lymphatic drainage and facial contouring, use slow upward motions with slight pressure in the same area 3-5 times for the best results.

Repeat these steps 3-5 times.

For lymphatic drainage work downwards from the forehead to the neck. For facial contouring, work upwards from the neck to the forehead with a final downward drain to the neck.
